All items we ship have successfully passed our strict quality control inspection. Our warranty ensures that you have a great experience while leaving you completely at ease.
One-Year Limited Warranty for DigiBox TV Boxes
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the DigiBox TV box itself is covered by a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date you receive the product. During the warranty period, the DigiBox TV box itself, excluding all accessories, may be eligible for free repair or replacement if the issue is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing defect. Accessories, including remote controls, HDMI cables, and power adapters, are not covered by the one-year warranty.
Any free repair or replacement requires prior approval from the manufacturer’s customer service team. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to the designated service location. We cover the shipping cost from the service location back to the customer.
If the product has been damaged or misused by the customer, it will not be eligible for free repair or replacement. However, paid repair service may be available, and the customer will be responsible for the repair fee and all related shipping costs. Paid repair service may also be available after the one-year warranty period has expired.
